MindGames uses the following third-party services operated by Google:

All data stored via Firebase is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure and subject to Google's security and privacy standards. Data may be stored on servers located outside your country.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for commercial purposes.

Your data may be disclosed only in the following limited cases:

• Leaderboards: Your display name and scores are visible to all app users on the public leaderboard
• Legal requirement: If required by law, court order, or government authority
• Safety: To protect the rights and safety of users or the public

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

• Google Sign-In accounts: Data retained until you request deletion
• Guest accounts: Anonymous data is retained indefinitely but contains no personal information
• Game scores: Retained to maintain leaderboard history

Upon account deletion request, all personally identifiable data will be removed within 30 days.

You have the following rights regarding your data:

MindGames is rated Everyone (E) and is suitable for all ages. However, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.

Children under 13 should use the Guest mode, which requires no personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal data without consent, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data:

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted using HTTPS/TLS
• Firebase Security Rules: Users can only read/write their own data
• No passwords stored: Authentication handled entirely by Google
• Minimal collection: We only collect what is strictly necessary

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top.
